How We Work
Each engagement begins with a listening phase. Before we suggest any change to how your team works, we need to understand how it currently works — the volume, type and sensitivity of correspondence, the roles involved in case handling, and the data governance framework your agency operates within.
We do not use templated proposals. The brief we write at the end of a Service Reading Review is specific to your agency's situation. If we find that AI assistance is not suited to your current context, we say so clearly in the brief.
Initial briefing
Meet with your operations head and designated officer to understand the agency's correspondence environment and data governance context.
File review and analysis
Read a sample of citizen correspondence and case files with appropriate authorisation, and assess where AI summarisation would and would not help.
Written brief
Deliver a plain-language brief to your director with findings and, where appropriate, a recommended next step.
Optional continuation
If the review recommends a deployment or ongoing advisory arrangement, we proceed at the agency's pace and procurement cycle.

Service Reading Review
A focused engagement for government agencies and government-linked companies. We sit with your operations head and one service-counter lead, read a sample of citizen correspondence and case files — with appropriate authorisation — and write a brief on where careful AI summarisation could ease handling. The work is MyDigital, MAMPU and PDPA-aware throughout.

A measured deployment of an AI drafting assist for citizen correspondence and case-summary preparation. The system drafts; officers always confirm before sending. Integration is read-only and within an air-gapped environment where required. Includes a six-week supervised period, training for two officers, and a usage policy aligned with MAMPU and PDPA.

Includes alignment with MyDigital, MAMPU and PDPA, plus a yearly written summary for your senior management committee.

PDPA Data Handling
Written authorisation obtained before any file is reviewed. Processing is limited to the minimum necessary, and no citizen data is retained by Pelita beyond the engagement period.
MAMPU Alignment
Engagement design and usage policies are written against current MAMPU AI-in-government guidance, reviewed at the start of each engagement.
Human Review at Every Step
No AI output triggers an action, sends correspondence or updates a case record without named officer approval. The audit log records officer identity at each approval.
Transparent Reference Logs
Each AI-assisted output is logged with a reference code for internal audit purposes. Logs are held within agency infrastructure, not on Pelita systems.
Infrastructure Boundaries
Integration is read-only by default; air-gapped arrangements are available where the agency's data classification requires it. No external cloud processing of restricted data.
Plain-Language Outputs
All deliverables — briefs, policies, audit summaries — are written for a non-technical government audience. No proprietary formats, portals or vendor access required to read them.
